Refund Policy
A. MediMagic Subscription Plans
Please read the subscription terms and conditions carefully before subscribing to any of the subscription plans, as once you have subscribed you cannot change, cancel your subscription plan. Once you subscribe and make the required payment, it shall be final and there cannot be any changes or modifications to the same and neither will there be any refund.
All the user plans shall be auto renewed on the day plus 1 on which subscription ends, in case if user does not terminate the subscription before that, Medimagic shall not refund the said money to the user.
In case of sales made to university / corporate body for bulk licence, Medimagic shall provide one-month grace period for such renewal.
B. MediMagic Merchandize
You can ask for a replacement against any of your order within 7 days of its date of delivery, provided that the product has a manufacturing defect. For all self-shipped returns, we will provide you a cashback of Rs.100 for shipments weighing up to 500 grams. For every next 500 gram slab, an additional Rs.50 will be added to the refund amount.
The refund procedure will be initiated within 24-48 hours once we receive your product. Once initiated, the amount will reflect in your bank account within next 24-48 hours.

You are requested to courier the product to us at the address mentioned below and we will reimburse courier charges in case of manufacturing defects only. (You will be credited Rs.100 cashback. If courier costs more than Rs.100, please retain your invoice and we will reimburse you accordingly)
